Scott and Jo have planning and need to get their wedding license!
We will arrange dinner out in Canmore for everyone here tonight. We will either be eating at Blake or Orchid Bistro — TBA

Tuesday, Feb 24th
Tuesday! The Big Day!
It’s also our darling Debbie’s 65th Birthday! 🎉
We’re getting married at 4PM, on-site at the Inn.
There is no dress code! Dress warmly in whatever makes you happy. (Jo would prefer if you didn’t wear a wedding dress, but you do you! White is totally fine!)
Dinner will be at 6PM at the Inn as well.
Dinner:
All butter in this meal is subbed for
plant-based butter.
Basil caramelized onion soup (with a floating 3-cheese raft for the “non-vegans”)
Wilted spinach salad with caramelized onions, roasted mixed nuts, marinated grapes, slivered garlic (and prosciutto chips for the “non-vegans”)
Grilled ginger and garlic marinated Atlantic salmon with soya-butter glaze
A blackened red pepper stuffed with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, onions, and leeks for the strict vegan
Garlic mashed new potatoes
Chocolate Wedding Cake w/ Vanilla Icing
Local wine pairings with each course for everyone, and some local beer options for those who don’t want wine
After dinner, we have a table reserved at The Drake for all interested!

Some family are headed home today!
Because our sweet Kitty, Zulu, is sick, we may be leaving this day.

Scott and Jo start their trek home, for sure!
